The Entrance Preparation Program (EPP) prepares students for entrance exams into secondary and post-secondary institutions. EPP also supports various state educational assessment tests. EPP provides support for West African (WAEC, NECO, JAMB and GCE), East African (KCSE, CSEE), North American (GED, SAT, TOEFL, LEAP, GMAT) and European (IELTS) entrance examinations.
EPP is unique because it provides support to students on a rolling year-round basis given the varied schedules of the exam covered by the program. Typically, students register for the program of interest (SAT, JAMB, WAEC, etc.) and are assigned to a small 'cohort' (typically less than 15 students). This cohort supports each other and prepares together for the intended examination under the guidance of an instructor. EPP instructors are well trained teachers who have extensive and direct experience preparing students for these examinations in the given subject areas.
For select student, EPP also provides for one-on-one instruction. For those students seeking completely individualized support and coaching to meet their exam preparation needs, EPP can assign an instructor to provide personal guidance. CGS also organizes specialized EPP classes in coordination with schools, companies and other organizations seeking customized support for their groups of students and applicants. Students who want personalized instruction will have the option of selecting that during the application process.

LEAP Preparation (Louisiana Educational Assessment Program)
The Louisiana Educational Assessment Program (LEAP) is a set of standardized test administered by the State of Louisiana to evaluate academic proficiency on a statewide basis. The tests are taken by 4th and 8th grade students in mathematics, English Language arts, social studies and science. This is a critical test in determining academic proficiency of students and is a source of anxiety for students and parents alike as it determines their eligibility to advance to the 5thand 9th grades respectively. It should be noted that students in other grades (3rd, 5th, 6th, and 7th) also take the iLEAP test (Integrated Louisiana Educational Assessment Program). The ILEAP is used for academic evaluation unlike the LEAP which is used to determine academic advancement. Typically, 3rd and 4th grade students take the printed iLEAP test while students from the 5th grade and up take the test online. Given the state's commitment to improving academic performance, IDMANN Academy is working with partners and associate organizations in Louisiana to assist students in LEAP preparation.
In our EPP/LEAP offering (limited to 5th grade students and up), students are organized into cohorts of 10-15 based on academic performance and identified areas of needs. Each cohort is supported by an instructor and a proctor in a very close and secure online environment. The proctor supports the instructor in ensuring the academic and developmental progress of all the students in the cohort. This very high ratio of adults to students (2:~15) ensures that "no student is left behind". EPP/LEAP is the ideal platform for students to get the individualized attention and support they need to achieve their potential.
Students are able to use the 'live testing' capabilities of our online platform to practice and improve their performance before the examination. Students that register in EPP gain access to the relevant material in these modules. In addition to direct tutorial support, students also utilize the platform to take timed practice tests. These timed tests replicate real-world testing scenarios, helping students to improve familiarity with the subject material, and to build confidence in their test-taking capability. The results from these [repeated] practice tests advise the ongoing tutorial support which is individually tailored for each student in the cohort. The ultimate goal is that each member of the cohort approaches the examination with experience and confidence. Students are expected to register in EPP/LEAP for 3-6 months prior to the examination date to realize the best outcomes.
